ELF Contour Palette: Swatches & Review

The ELF Contour, Blush and Bronzer Palette - Retails for $3. As you might have guessed, this sleek little case contains a blush and bronzer!

This reminds me so much of the NARS blush and bronzer duos! I actually like the packaging for the ELF duo more! This case is plastic, whereas the NARS cases are rubbery causing them to become dirty way too quick! This also comes with a huge mirror which I love!

The bronzer is darker than my NYC Sunny bronzer so I probably wont be using much of it until around summer. The blush is a really pretty pink shade with golden undertones. Both of these products are a tid-bit chalky, but they still apply and blend out evenly! So far as longevity, I don't have to touch up once this on which is more than I can say for some of my high end blushes!
B++

I love this product and will definitely be getting my use out of it! The only reason why this gets a B is because I wanted to be honest with you guys in the fact that this a bit chalky. However, like I said, it still applies nice and evenly.

So if you're like me and you were in need of building up your blush and bronzer area, this is a great little buy and perfect for when you're on the go!

  1. I think Elf has some good products and some total duds. I have the Nars O duo and find that I don't really use it much.

    1. I'm with you on that! I've been using the pink blush way more than the bronzer!

  2. I love that the bronzer looks fairly matte, great for contouring. I've actually been debating trying this out so thanks for the review!

    1. It definitely is matte! It just has some mild shimmer in it, but the over all texture of it is still definitely matte! I can dig the shimmer more come spring and summer but for winter, mehhh...

  3. this is my go-to everyday bronzer! the blush doesn't show up at all on my (very pale) skin though so i found that a bit odd.

  11. It's nice in colour but I probably worry about chalky-thing for my dry skin . But it's on a very fair price and ELF is a cool brand.

  13. I have it too and I totally love the blush, the bronzer is kind of dark for my face but in the summer I can deal with it :D
